How MedTech Fixaters works for patients, doctors and hospital admins: QR booking, live queue tracking, consultations with patient history, prescriptions and follow-ups.
- Getting set up: sign up, add departments and doctors, print your QR code
- For patients: scan the QR code, book with the AI assistant or directly, fill in details once, get a token and track the live queue, get called in, receive the prescription on the phone
- For doctors: open your workspace, run the live queue, consult with the patient history on screen, write the prescription from your medicine library, set a follow-up and call the next patient
- For hospital admins: hospital dashboard, every live queue, doctors, departments and roles, hospital QR, reports and analytics, team chat, activity log
- What happens to the data: each hospital is separate, access by role, prescriptions kept as issued
